Day of Event Schedule:
11:00-12:30pm Registration, Lunch, Putting Contest
12:30pm Call to Carts, Review of Rules, Shotgun Start, Scramble Format
5:30-6:30pm Cocktail Hour (exact timing determined by pace of play)
6:30pm Dinner Reception, Awards Ceremony, Guest Speaker, Raffle/Auction Winners Announced
Registration includes:
- Green Fees
- Golf Cart
- Lunch and Dinner
- 1 Putting Contest Entry Per Person
- 1 Birdie Tape Per Person
- 1 Mulligan Per Person
Dinner Banquet Attendee ticket includes admission to our Cocktail Reception immediately following golf play and our Dinner Banquet.
Meridian Valley Country Club is a private club. Please be respectful of the private club dress code:
- For Men, shirts must have a collar and be tucked in at all times.
- For Women, shirts or dresses must either have sleeves or a collar.
- Shorts must be at least mid‐thigh in length.
- Suitable sweatshirts must have a collar or a collar underneath.
- Shoes must be worn at all times.
- The following are not allowed: tennis shorts, running shorts, jeans, overalls, coveralls, cutoffs, cotton sweat suits, T-shirts, halter tops, sports jerseys, strapless tops, or bare midriffs.
*Please do not bring outside alcohol to the event.
